Turning your mattress
With the exception of Non Turn, m attresses should be turned once a month, end to end and side to side, or rotated end to end for non-turn mattresses so that the fillings are allowed to settle evenly. Two people or more should grip the mattress on the tape edging between the mattress panel and border. Handles are not designed to take the weight of the mattress and are intended for final adjustment once the mattress is in place. Try not to bend or kink the mattress in any way as this will damage the springs within.
Cleaning
If your mattress, divan or sofa requires cleaning we recommend professional upholstery cleaners. Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased your product for details. Any marks or spillages should be soaked up with an absorbant cloth. We do not recommend the use of chemical cleaners or liquids. Never vacuum clean your mattress.
Divan drawers
Don't cram drawers - the drawers in storage divans have been designed primarily to hold bed linen, clothing and the like. Excessive weight can cause distortion or damage to the drawer, restricting its free movement, whilst over-filling may cause it to jam.
