A vacancy has arisen for a part time administrator to work between the Human Resources and Health & Safety departments. Duties will include typing of contracts, file maintenance, data input on HR systems, organising induction and occupational health appointments, H & S audit trails, and typing up assessment & investigation reports.
Applicants must have excellent organisational and communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Access. They must also have a good standard of education. Hours can be flexible.
